Product Description

White Self Raising flour is produced by milling the whole wheat grain and then sieving out the bran. Levening agents including cream of tartar, bicarbonate of soda and acceptable additives under strict organic standards are then added to the flour.

Self Raising flour can be used in a range of baking recipes that call for all purpose self-raising flour.
