Product Description

Rye grain is similar to wheat grain and can be used as a substitute as required. It is very high in minerals and vitamins, in particular B Complex vitamins and phytochemicals. It differs from wheat grain in that it is lower in fat and starch and has approximately 58% more fibre.

Rye is suitable to using anywhere wheat is used including in baking, cereals and salads.
