Sunflower Seeds are light grey in colour and have a mild nutty flavour. They are the hulled seed of the sunflower and can be added to a large range of recipes. They are great eaten alone or sprinkled on salads, stir-fries, muesli and cereals or muesli. They are also great in baking and can be used to add a crunch to cakes, muffins and breads.
