Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 2 and 4 business days depending on your location.
All Transactions are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

Refund Policy

We hope that none of our wonderful customers ever need a refund or exchange however please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order if any of your products are damaged or incorrect. We always aim to resolve any product issues with our customers and we do what we can to ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.

In order to qualify for a full refund on a product we will require photo evidence of any damaged items and your proof of purchase. In some cases we may require the item to be returned before the refund is processed and depending on the particular case, the shipping cost of the returned item may be the customers responsibility.

Order Changes or Cancellation

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us as by close of business the following day. We aim to process your orders as quickly as we can so you can receive your stock within days of placing your order. Due to this there is only a small window of time between when you place your order and when we start to put your order together.

When possible a full refund will be processed however unfortunately any transaction and/or other application fees Helen’s Heavenly incurs in processing your refund cannot be refunded.

If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to help rectify this error.

Payments

When purchasing from Helen’s Heavenly Bulk Foods, card details are transmitted through a secure server using either PayPal or BACS (your chosen online banking system). All transactions are processed in AUS$.
Card data is not stored by us after processing.
Your order will not be fulfilled until full payment is cleared in our bank account.
